1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This document regulates the general terms and conditions for using the site liongri.md, as well as the conditions for purchasing products sold through it.

This document is prepared in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, including provisions regarding consumer protection, electronic commerce, personal data protection, and other applicable normative acts.

This document, along with the Privacy Policy and any other documents referenced herein, establishes the conditions governing access to and use of the site liongri.md ("the Site"), as well as the placement of orders through it.

The products sold through the Site are intended exclusively for individuals who have reached the legal age for consuming and purchasing alcoholic beverages according to the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

By accessing and using the Site and/or by placing an order, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted this document.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.

2. SITE OPERATOR

The operator of the site liongri.md is the company "LION-GRI" S.R.L., organized and operating in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova, located in mun. Chișinău, șos. Muncești 801, Republic of Moldova, tax identification code 1002600031009,

3. CLIENT DATA

The information and personal data provided by the Client will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Site.

By using the Site and/or placing an order, the Client declares that all information provided is real, accurate, and complete.

The Operator may process the following categories of data:

• first and last name;
• date of birth (for age verification, if applicable);
• home or delivery address;
• email address;
• phone number;
• data regarding orders and deliveries;
• payment information;
• technical data collected through the Site.

Data will be retained for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected and in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

4. USE OF THE SITE

By using the Site and/or placing an order, the Client agrees to:

• to use the Site exclusively for legal purposes;
• to not place false or fraudulent orders;
• to provide accurate and complete information;
• to comply with applicable legislation;
• to confirm that they have reached the legal age for purchasing alcoholic beverages.

In the case of providing false or incomplete information, the Operator reserves the right to refuse processing the order.

5. CLIENT ACCOUNT

The Client can create an account on the Site to benefit from the available functionalities.

The Client is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their authentication data and for all activities conducted through their account.

The Operator is not responsible for unauthorized use of the account by third parties.

6. FRAUD AND SECURITY

Any attempt of unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or the data of other users constitutes a violation of this document and may result in civil, administrative, or criminal liability.

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or block access to users engaging in fraudulent activities.

7. COMMUNICATION WITH USERS

By using the contact form or other communication methods available on the Site, the Client agrees to be contacted by the Operator regarding their requests or orders.

Messages containing offensive, abusive, or illegal language may be ignored and deleted.

8. COOKIES

9. ORDER

• the product is not available;
• the provided data is incomplete or incorrect;
• there are suspicions of fraud;
• the order cannot be fulfilled for reasons beyond the Operator's control.

10. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The information presented on the Site constitutes an invitation to offer and does not represent a contractual offer.

The contract between the Client and the Operator is considered concluded at the moment the order is confirmed by the Operator.

11. PRICES OF PRODUCTS

All prices displayed on the Site are expressed in Moldovan lei (MDL) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified.

The Operator reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

12. PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS

Payment can be made through the methods available on the Site.

The Operator may provide the following payment methods:

• bank card;
• bank transfer;
• online payment services;
• cash on delivery;
• old methods displayed on the Site.

All transactions are processed through secure systems.

13. DELIVERY

Products are delivered according to the conditions and deadlines displayed on the Site.

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the Client in the order form.

The Operator cannot be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control.

At the time of delivery, the Operator or its partners may request verification of the Client's age.

Refusal to present a document confirming the legal age may lead to refusal of delivery.

14. TRANSFER OF RISK AND OWNERSHIP

The risk regarding the products is transferred to the Client at the time of delivery.

The right of ownership of the products is transferred to the Client after full payment.

15. RETURN POLICY

Returns of products are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Damaged, non-compliant, or incorrectly delivered products can be returned under the conditions provided by law.

In the case of food products and alcoholic beverages, returns may be limited or excluded in situations provided by applicable legislation.

Requests regarding returns will be sent to the contact address indicated on the Site.

16. COMPLAINTS

Any complaint regarding the products or services offered through the Site can be submitted using the contact details published on the Site.

The Operator will analyze the complaint and communicate the response within a reasonable time.

17. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The entire content of the Site, including texts, images, graphic elements, logos, trademarks, trade names, and other materials, is the property of the Operator or is used under legal rights.

Copying, reproducing, distributing, or using them without the prior written consent of the Operator is prohibited.

18. NOTIFICATIONS

The Operator may send notifications regarding orders, user accounts, promotions, and other relevant information via email, SMS, or other means of communication.

The Client may withdraw consent for commercial communications at any time.

19. DISPUTES

This document is governed by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova.

Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and in the event of an inability to resolve amicably, the jurisdiction belongs to the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.

20. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Operator reserves the right to modify this document at any time.

The updated version will be published on the Site and will take effect from the date of publication.

The continued use of the Site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of these changes by the Client.
