Refund policy

Return conditions and the procedure for returning products, money, and canceling the transaction. A cancellation of an order can only be made by written notification to office@liongri.md at least 24 hours prior to the delivery date. If the customer cancels the order after 24 hours and the package has already been shipped, the customer will be charged for shipping costs, and the refund will not be processed until the package returns to Lion Gri, and they are obligated to refund the money within 14 days from the moment the return request is made.

We do not guarantee the acceptance of the cancellation request except under the conditions mentioned above. If the buyer's order is not delivered within 30 days after the order request is made, the money will be automatically refunded in full to the customer's account.
