Shipping policy

Product delivery will be made anywhere in the Republic of Moldova, through a rapid courier service. Delivery within the municipality of Chișinău is carried out by the merchant's couriers. The merchant reserves the right to confirm orders by contacting customers before fulfilling them. Product delivery will be exclusively through a rapid courier service, with the rates specified.

The customer will be contacted by phone by our company's representatives to establish the shipping details. Receipt of the products represents your confirmation that the products have arrived in good condition. The attached invoice constitutes the sales contract between you and the Merchant, according to the applicable legislation. The merchant reserves the right to delay or cancel deliveries of ordered products if they cannot be fulfilled for various reasons beyond their control, such as: fires, explosions, floods, epidemics, strikes, government actions, wars, acts of terrorism, protests, uprisings, civil disturbances, or other force majeure impediments, according to the law.

In the case of non-delivery of products or improper delivery, the maximum value of damages that can be paid to the customer is the amount received from that customer.

• For delivery in the municipality of Chișinău: the fee is 45 lei
• For delivery within the country (courier service): the fee is 75 lei / for the first kg after which 10 lei is added for each additional kg.
• For delivery outside the country, the delivery fee will be in accordance with the rates of the Post Office company.

Orders exceeding the amount of 1000 lei do not pay for shipping provided that it is within the municipality of Chișinău.

Delivery fees will be displayed at the time the product is ordered, by selecting the method and country of delivery. Delivery within the municipality of Chișinău is made within 24 hours, delivery to other localities in the republic within 72 hours. Delivery outside the Republic of Moldova may take from 2 to 30 days. Buyers will be notified by lion gri.md via email on the day the package with the customer's order is shipped. If the buyer does not want the product after it has been delivered, they have 14 days to return it, with all related costs (the value of the product) to be refunded to the buyer within a maximum of 30 days, while delivery and return shipping costs remain to be paid by the buyer.

The responsibility for any damage caused to the product, package, or parcel sent by us lies with the delivery company according to the applicable legislation. Products will be replaced by Lion Gri if fault is proven by the courier and we are notified in a timely manner.
